The shade cloth is made of high-quality acrylic and is available in dark gray, light gray, or desert sand.

The fabric achieves a maximum colorfastness rating of 8 (ISO 150-B02/B04), ensuring that the color remains vibrant for up to 5 years.

The fabric is water-repellent, quick-drying, and breathable, ensuring a comfortable environment under the canopy.

With a UPF 50+ rating, the acrylic fabric provides optimal protection against UV rays. The fabric can withstand wind speeds of up to 8 on the Beaufort scale (74 km/h), depending on the location and proper installation.

An ideal installation should have a slope of about 1 meter between the highest and lowest points, so that water drains away and wind load is reduced.

Use & Maintenance

The shade cloth is suitable for semi-permanent use and can remain in place for most of the year.

In case of frost, stormy weather, or strong gusts, it is recommended that you temporarily remove the fabric. Annual cleaning or waterproofing extends the fabric’s lifespan and improves its water- and dirt-repellent properties.

Anchoring: Anchoring is not included with this shade cloth.
